I had a really smooth experience with Peoria Charter. The bus showed up on time, the driver was friendly, and the whole trip felt easy and stress-free. The seats were comfortable enough, too. I’d definitely ride with them again

The staff was really nice and helpful whenever I had questions. The bus itself was fine too, no real complaints there. I just wish the boarding process had been a little quicker.

I had two big bags with me, and the driver jumped in to help load them without making it a big deal. When we got to my stop, he had them off quickly too, which I really appreciated. Everything made it there without any damage, and overall it was just a smooth, easy trip...

The bus was late once, because apparently keeping everyone humble is part of the service. Most of the time it was actually punctual though, so I can’t complain too much. Not bad overall, just wish it was a little more consistent...

I used Peoria Charter for a trip to Chicago, it went smoothly!! The pickup was basically right on time... maybe a couple minutes late, but nothing worth stressing over. The driver knew the stop, boarding was simple enough, and everything felt easy overall. Dropoff was also really close to the listed time, which I definitely appreciated because I had plans afterward!! The bus itself was fine... not fancy or anything, but it got me where I needed to go when it said it would. Giving it 4 stars because the waiting area was a little confusing!!!

Buying my ticket on Peoria Charter was painless. The site loaded right away, and I was able to choose my route and time without digging through a bunch of extra pages or confusing menus.

I had to change a few details for my trip, so I messaged customer service. They got back to me quickly and, uh, explained what I needed to do. It wasn’t totally perfect since I still had to wait a bit, but overall it was a good experience.

Overall, the route works for me and gets me where I need to go, so I can’t complain too much. That said, some of the pickup times aren’t the most convenient and could definitely be improved. It’s useful, but there’s still some room to make it better.

I didn’t expect much at first, but after thinking about gas, parking, and all the little costs that add up, this just made more sense for me. Definitely worth it
